please check on this Hydra Fuel Cell to see is this a real company or not. Thank you so much. So anyone please explain, is IVOI going to merge with Hydra, then we will have a change of the ticker?

Does anyone have any ideal what is going to take place with this spin off? I have been holding my 640,000 shs since 2008 and now I'm not sure if I should be excited or apprehensive. I live about 25 miles away from the Hydra Fuel Cell address so I may head over there and check it out sometime next week.
Any feedback would be gratefully appreciated.
