The SAEI company is the only agenda to steal people's money. Those that are now getting in at higher prices are the new bagholders and will be stuck or will have to take a loss on this one...
It's really that simple...you don't insult the geologist and company buying out your company by misspelling their names and company...also the NI report is fake as there is no signature or geologist stamp...
Why would the company even put false information out knowing the results of such stupidity.
One could ask the same question about every scam that's ever been suspended by the SEC. I imagine the answers would vary but, more often than not it because the companies are run by borderline narcissistic sociopaths that really don't experience the fear of being caught like normal people would. They actually think it's their right to rip people off. Plus, this one has the stench of Russian Mafia to it as well.
QUESTION FOR NEW or anyone NEW: If the company was selling shares... wouldn't there be a way to know? Has it already been proved that they are not? The point is... if they are selling shares at .70-.90 in Fridays trade... that would mean the buy out was a scam... as they would be selling shares near a buck less than the Russian was going to give right? On the other hand... if this is a scam... the way I understand... each time the stock price goes way up as it has... the company would be selling to make the profit. (you giuys call it dilluting I think). IF it s true that the company has NOT sold any shares.... does that not prove both points: 1) The buy out offer is true. 2) This is not a scam cause the company has not made a dime yet from selling their stock.
