Nobody received a dividend from Aurus.

There was no class that received payment.
Not everyone who sent info got anything.
Aurus has been inactive for years.

Biggest reason share count did not go up was because A/S could not be legally raised in Delaware.

DOS is saying the problem is people bashing.
People bashing did not keep the company from paying it's taxes and staying active.
People bashing is not the reason all the assets are in control outside of the company.
The real reason is GREED and MODUS OPERANDI
