True the first PR of 106mm sale was at 10:30am Friday the SAEI PR was 12:27pm, plenty of time to write a "fluff" PR....food for thought.

Things do not happen overnight and negotiations take weeks and maybe they did not know anything about the timing, pure speculation there IMO.

Did you ever consider that SAEI saw that PR from Onexim and used it to give their own PR some credibility? Why would Onexim sell stock when the buyout offer hasn't been considered yet, let alone accepted.

Secondly, as some have already said: "Look at the chart". Does it make sense that the chart didn't shoot to near $1.75 if this were a real offer? If this were a valid offer, big money would be buying in and holding for quick gain. $1.75 would be the starting price if this were real. Yet the pps couldn't break $1, or even hold the $.93 price.
