CW is an excellent communicator... you are thinking too much in the short term IMO. I do not need to list the many positives of MNTA here. You know them. MNTA is solid and management has the company on a path towards phenomenal growth IMO.

Listen to the call on the 15th... As you know, the tide of the market can turn quickly. And know in the meantime MNTA is earning BIG $$$...

This morning the share deal closed. At this point Momenta received $54.2 Million dollars for the new 4 million shares..

At todays pricing, it looks like the existing shareholders have given up $61.2 Million in equity and 9% in additional dilution. (previous 30 price average was $15.61)

Maybe you're on to something regarding management.
