You're using the wrong broker if they don't allow the shorting of pinks. However it could be a gift in disguise. take it as such

You people are looking at a normal investor shorting shares through normal channels.We are dealing with hedgefunds and marketmakers here.

Even if you take just 1,000 of those it will cost you what? $700 bucks, but you will have to carry an extra $25K in your account so as to make a lousey $700 bucks if this goes to zero, or cover around a dime and score $500 while letting $25K just sit. Crazy use of money. Its why most Brokers don't allow it. Its a dumb move for retail guys. Now eliminate that SEC margin, and I know of a long list of killer stocks to short, LOL!



Give me $25K and it won't be sitting as insurance for some broker. At least they will give you 1% per month.
