I think the N in turnkey is superfluous in the case of the BEHL PBR. It never worked and never will. Perhaps the box with the control systen actually contained a printing press for the shares?
But Richard Regnell of DVJ has stated here (and "elsewhere") that there is already one significant lien on the Opera House/Hotel and another expected shortly. It would appear that Fisher generously stiffed anyone and everyone from family to employees to partners to contractors - and oh yes, shareholders. This information is all over the board from many independent sources. If you choose to deny these facts then it is your choice. Either believe Fisher and Phaeton (who are either in fact or in effect one and the same) or the rest of the world. Your choice. And don't forget - it is everyone elses's blame, Fisher is as innocent as the day he (or his identity) was born should you want to remain a behliever.
