I have no doubt the deal will be closed. There's no way Matt would have entered into an LOI with cyro-cell de Mexico if there was any possible way the deal couldn't be completed. I believe the financing is arranged and it's just a matter of time......simply not to rush things, but to absolutely make sure every eye is dotted and every Tee is crossed.
