Things are not that simple. Does SAEI really own the properties it claims to own? There is no doubt there is gold there but the quantity may be different from what has been claimed. Even if that is the case the gold could justify a stock price above the current one. The pronlem now is that there is uncertainty as to what information from the company to trust.
