Correct. Most people didn't get past ccel in there reading.
The afflilates in Mexico, central and south america are just that. Affliates.
DW was trying to buy CCEL and I believe that purchase would of assured them of collecting the monies from their affiliates.
I can see 2 entities that may be a little upset with this deal.
1st DW investment 2nd CCEL.
1st one had a lot of money and man hours in on this deal. Research and DD costs a lot of money to put this deal together.
2nd CCEL they just lost a good portion of there bottom line.
I wonder if DW will put in a modified but yet significantly less offer to CCEl to buy the remaining Business.
CCEL is attempting to move on the U-cord and C~elle process. Both seem to be doing very well. I don't see them selling out just yet thou.
So the biggest loser I think is DW. they ended up with nothing and spent money and time.
CBAI page on here is a little one-sided if you ask me. Seems a certain few are aloud free reign while others are restrained.
Quick question. With purchase of cc de mex. does CBAI get use of the rights to use u-cord and celle. I'm sure there are royalities that would come into play.
