I believe Pryme and Nodummy and maybe someone else has posted on this board more than once what it would take to turn unregistered shares to registered shares. They may say that petro can not do that, but the "fact" remains that there is a process that can be followed that will do just that. If we stick to the "Facts", the fact is that there is a process out there that will allow unregistered share to become registered. Opinions aside.
