Yes you are missing something. Just stay tuned. You don't have to believe me. Just stay tuned. Time will tell.

Looking4Truth,

I understand your point. What remains to be seen for me is that my shares are worthless.

I realize that there is an accusation that Petro has no assets. I realize one of the things Owen has been indicted for is that he sold unregistered shares.

What I question is whether that is an irrecoverable state of affairs. I believe that those issues can be rectified and our once unregistered shares will be registered and will trade.

You didn't miss anything. Your understanding of the situation is spot on.

Some people may just be in denial. Others may have something to gain by trying to convince people their "shares" still have value. Others may have something to lose and are trying to protect themselves. Others still may just not know any better. It's hard to say.

You are right about one other thing too. Continuing to debate this stuff on this forum is kind of pointless.

In the end for whatever reason people chose they can and will believe whatever they want and that's fine.

Ok,
I hear what some are saying about the company moving forward and all of that. I have to keep wondering something though. Those that believe in the company and feel that it's moving forward, I'm wondering, are you just being hopeful for the sake of hoping a company can succeed?

I am not hopeful just to be hopeful. I believe that if Petro America follows through with process that is required, the stock will be valued according to the asset and potential revenues.

The reason I'm asking is, I can't think of any pay off that there would be to hope for this company anymore. I mean, before, we were hoping this would happen because we had a stake in it, or at least we thought we did. However, now that the Fed has declared our so-called shares as worthless, I don't understand the interest in a company pulling out of the hole that Owen put it in.

I can see why you would have a change of opinion considering the time it takes for Petro to get things done, and the recent turn of events. While you may have a change of opinion, others do not.

I mean seriously. Who cares? Ok, so it's a company. I can pay 50 bucks and make a company myself through Legalzoom or one of those websites.

I believe that Petro America went through the proper processes of establishing the companies with the Local, State, and Federal Governments.

BFD. You guys are bickering back and forth about something that really doesn't matter. Who cares if it's a company? The reason I was rooting for it before is gone. I am not going to get my money back.

My mom is not going to get her money back. Unless I've missed something.

There is a process with Petro America in to request a refund of monies invested. I believe the gov. has a place also where one can give information on the money they have invested.

If the cheesy air quote, un quote company, gets on the right track and ends up going public and to trade, for any one of us to make any money off the really miniscule chance for them to make a profit on the market, wouldn't we have to RE-buy REAL shares, that were really registered?

Because seriously, I'm scratching my head here. Unless I missed something. We aint got squat in this "company" anymore.

Did I miss something? I'm directing my questions at the professionals here. ND? Harley? FFF? 1man?

contrary to popular beleif, these are not the only professionals here. JMO
