There is a very strong possibility that ARNA is meeeting with the FDA today and/or tomorrow about a number of things, including the path to approval for lorcaserin and the associated time line. There should be a CC and/or a PR following these meetings, although some others suggest that ARNA may not put out the PR or hold a CC until they have received the written minutes of the meeting from the FDA (the FDA I am told has up to 30 days to provide the minutes).

Why would you buy into a company whose researchers/scientists/BOD decided that ANY resulting "harmful data" in lab rats was irrelevant information and not worthy of disclosure to shareholders before FDA panel review?
