Top level scam They game with issued shares and very late Q reports crossed all making sense limits. The company issued more then it was authorized and they did it during period of Q1/2010, Buy company offer. They flew to the trade equivalent shares numbers as they held before. Now I understand why Synergy pissed them off. That is top level scam.
