True that! I think it came down to the attitude of management towards their shareholders.

The Smurfit folks had respect for their shareholders

The Abitibiturds had NO RESPECT for their shareholders.

They assigned value accordingly.

The case was heard before a criminally complacent if not complicit judge, and we all see the result.
