With all due respect, my puzzle pieces do not show the Middle East even remotely being on the "to do" list.
There is way too much in flux here with too many new players to lead anyone to believe that old plans are the new plans. I am hoping for a completely new structure and forward looking corporate plan if this does make it off the launch pad.
What do you mean that the projects are "complete". They were never started, or for that matter followed up on by IPWG. We don't know what happened to those projects.
