jon - He pleaded guilty to 1 count of money laundering last month and is to be sentenced in June. Others involved worked for the VC firm that was raising money for him at the time. It was pre-hpon days. He claims he was not aware of any wrong doings and points fingers at the CEO of the VC firm. With the exception of 1 guy, the others at the VC firm also copped a plea and are also awaiting a June sentencing.
