Bo14172, what do you make of the fact that CMKX is supposed to have 60 days from the filing of the ammended form 15 to file all delinquent information, yet the SEC, with this administrative action, has reduced that?

They should have 60 days from the filing of the ammended form 15, or until April 18th, to file all the paperwork they would've been responsible for had they never filed the original form 15. Now they are being given 20 days to respond to these allegations or face possible long-term suspension or revocation of registration. It seems to cut the total time down by 10 days..

As I understand it, if CMKX does not answer these allegations within 20 days, the SEC could act against them and do whatever they wish.

All this action against CMKX seems unreasonable at this time. If, after the 60 days they still haven't filed all the forms, then this action would make sense to me. Am I missing something?

Seems to me Mr. Maheu is of a political stature worthy an interview say on a program like DateLine is he not?

Sounds like a plan to me the SEC and DTC would be scurrying for the exits. Maybe Dateline has delayed the NSS segment for that reason who knows but I agree CMKX now seems in for the fight of their lives. GLTY

Nope the number one concern is game over, there is no short, longs were scammed by crooked management who issued 100's of Billions of shares under investors noses while helping perpetuate the internet myth of a huge naked short and raping the trailer park get rich trash of millions of dollars through message board touts and paid promoters like willy wizzbrain who walk away laughing at the gullible delusional cult like followers who still believe, after all that has happened and full disclosure of os, that there is some reason to own this worthless scam of a stock called cmkx.
