OK maybe not a true definition of a P & D, but once the boards find out and the stock gets noticed, then the players get involved and start manipulating the PPS.
C'mon up to about a month ago AWYI was not even on the radar, but he share price started to climb. I, fortunately got in when I noticed a news blurb about them at 0006. I had some extra funds so I bought in thinking that it might move. The charts showed nothing but a flat line. It was a risk, but for a small investment, I thought it was worth the chance. This time it paid off, but for many others they sit dead in the water. I have many pennies that are worth nothing because they were pumped.
We try to learn from past mistakes, but in pennyland all the rules no not apply!
