#2768 RE: goldcanyon341 #2767

Thank you everyone for your encouragement to file with the Court. Goldencanyon341, you make the point that I should ask the Judge to convey our LTW claims from Wamu to JPM.
I believe that Sontera and others never made the argument that we should be liberated from the BKy for the same reason that you cite. They want us to remain as creditors with reserves set up for distribution. (is it always go where the money is?)
So there is the difference between my request and their pleadings. I wonder if this is deliberate. If so, than I don't want to rock the boat.
I do think that their plan is more risky, it's hard to deal against the aggressive resistance from JPM.
What Sonterra argues is that the BKy has changed our position from an Agency arrangement to Debtor - Creditor. So I'm still holding my fire.

I listened to the Confirmation hearings on Wednesday, which I hadn't had a chance to relay. One of the most disturbing event was a short speech by the FDIC lawyer who stood up and began to cite US Code giving the agency unlimited and unchallenged POWER and CONTROL. It was a frightening display of shock-and-awe. I believe this wretched loose canon is guiding the JPM attack. There is a venomous animus to our winning streak in the other battles and the FDIC does not play fair.
