Hi, geo, lefty, jonesie and everyone. . . .
Seems to me these share awards require co. file 1099's based on market value the day the shares were awarded. So, if Joe and these other newcomers do not sell enough to address their tax obligations for shares gimme'd which I think are taxed as ordinary income, they're in the red on the various transactions. What do any of you think will happen as a result of these share issuances?
Watching but it ain't pretty.
