Tony is the filer.
He signed his name as the "debtor". There is no mention of anyone else preparing the filing. Mr.Rothman, the 2nd listed creditor, was the attorney handling this, he probably prepared it and had Tony sign it but by all looks of it Tony is accepting all responsibility for the accuracy of the info.
Tony claims that Matech has absolutely zero assets - no cash, no property, no equipment, no claims or receivables, etc... and $6,364,167 in liabilities. All creditors are listed as unsecured.
Of the most notable claims:
1. Tony himself - $144,000
2. Bob Bernstein- $310,607
3. Marybeth Micelli - $78,719
4. Brent Phares - $200,000
5. State of Delaware franchise tax - $366,237
6. IRS - $20,612
7. University of Pensylvania Center for Technology Transfer (royalty fee) - $50,000
8. Kreuzfeld - $1,774,540
9. GEM advisors (consulting) - $257,417
10. Stephen Beck (consulting) - $1,750,000
11. Palisades - $996,096
12. Corporate Legal Services LLP (Reid's law firm) - $393,759
(11 & 12 are listed as debentures going back to 2003?)
Brent Phares is apparently suing them for unpaid wages, as well as another ex-employee, Matthew Schueller. Wonder if Sugar is Brent or Matt?
As soon as i find somewhere to upload the pdf publicly I'll post link ASAP.
