You posted,"But a TON of shares have been and are still are being sold"...What does that have to do with KATX(the company)?Who is selling?Also,who is doing the buying??Uplisting....Everything will be done in the correct order,and uplisting will happen when the time is right.Why not now?Uplisting is not a the top of the priority list,there are other properties to deal with,and just maybe they take precident over uplisting,because until things are in order according to their plans,the uplisting would be premature.
