You asked about the upside potential for WEST. It's always a concern when a stock is in a downtrend. There will be many attempts to break out of the downtrend into a new bull market so, all one can really do is to look for clues. You saw on the hourly chart how the bulls appear to be winning that battle in the microcosm and here on the weekly chart you can see the potential if they succeed. Winning one battle does not win the war so, it's one to put on your watch list. I'm a believer so, I bought in some time ago and I'm anticipating a decent rally right here even if the bears manage to control this down trend for a while longer.
