I would not release my company name on a message board either.

What would he have to gain with such a claim?

I said "subsidiary" - Sunovia Europe LLC could just be an affiliate company (independently owned) kind of like Coca Cola Bottling Co. is to Coke.

10K still not out, and appears company's stock will be delisted if it's not filed by 12/15/10.

SUNV changed accounting firms for year-end 07/31/10 with November shareholder votes. "....appointment of Kingery & Crouse, P.A. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2010."
