how do u know this jermart? in the 10-Q it states that the strike price is $50....does that change when there is an RS? I've been trying all day to figure this out. tia

No wonder there is so much confustion on this board, you can't even recall what I said.

Here is a quick summary...

1. The new GHBAA insiders never bought any of the warrants, it was all common.

3. There are 53 million shares outstanding, not the 3+ million that was quoted on this board.
