Yes, most likely. The Abi mgt and their cronies at Blackstone, Paul Weiss, UST and BK Court have all worked hard to be sure the shareholders get nothing. The shares will be cancelled and it sounds like they will be cancelled in the next day or two.
My thanks to everyone who worked on this with Liz and I. We lost, but we at least have our integrity intact. Though Abi won, I do not believe they can say the same.
