I really only focus on CDIV in this universe. And yes the Float is Totally Locked!!!

LOL!! I don't think many of them understand that the only way a float could ever truly be "locked down" by their definition, would be if the entire float was held by one individual, who'd naturally have 100% control of when the stock was sold.
