I don't really believe anyone can truly say they know the answer to your question until ARSC issues a pr detailing exactly how the ratios will work out. Your best bet is to wait for now. Sorry your question can't be answered more definitively.

Totally unknown until more details are released. IMO it's only a 50-50 chance in will actually happen, both are stuggling to stay afloat and I don't see a synergy between the 2. But it's a wait and see deal. Seems currently only IVOI is benefiting from the news, going from no-bid to .ooo2, ARSC is very diluted and will have a tough road to crack past .ooo1.

One thing is a known- expect some posted here to promise you'll be a millionaire very soon... take it with a grain of salt as there are major concerns with both companies. GLTY
