being a neophyte someone will have to explain why a reverse split would dilute my investment. I have had reverse splits before priceline being one of them. I had less shares, but the same dollar amount in my porfolio. i am looking for lngt to be as successful as priceline has been. after the reverse split it was trading at 24.00. it is now 417.

You should be worried over your other investment where they are real dilution and at very fast pace. So do take care over there.
