they can delay it forever and simply become delinquent in filings. There will be no real consequence in doing so as this is pinksheets (otc whatever), no real punishment here...
Its a 5 business day extension. However, in this instance they are updating the filings so one should not expect for them to file on time especially with the transactions that need to still take place. As a result of the lateness they have been moved to limited info on pink sheets. However, I wouldnt worry about them not filing it ever as this takes time to update a shell to become fully reporting again.
