I know of a good securities attorney if you need a referral, either get one and get on with it or stop the bashing. As an investor, who wants all the negative, just doesn't help anyone's position in the stock. I am not saying the company should not be held accountable but give them a chance to make good on their promise of a DIVI and restoring investor confidence. If they did not have that as a goal at this time they have then set themselves up for failure and the company will dissolve on its own and all investors are wiped out completely. Sorry, but it just gets old after awhile. I know it's hard to support a company that has not followed through in the past but we have all had second chances in life and when given that opportunity we either take the noble path or not. I am anticipating a noble path if this company wants to survive.JMHO
