denise: there will be many 144 shares pass the one year period over the next few months. i would say that the majority of those shares are held in secure hands. i have purchased shares from the company over the last year as have many other long time investors. i will probably register my shares as they come eligible to be traded. i can asure you however that they will be held along with the rest of my shares as i am sure the others that i know will hold their shares. dutchf
The Company already has the money for selling one year restricted shares which automatically become freely tradeable the earlier of an accepted buyout or 1 year from date of issue.
I know of about 5,000,000 restricted shares sold under 50 cents each around the end of last year and 1st quarter of 02.
From my understanding, those restricted shares are in the hands of serious LONG-TERM Investors. I doubt they will be sold anytime soon, especially now that numbers are in the making prior to January 1st.
My only concern is financing to support NVEI into 2003 and beyond. More dilution will not help matters. Current management must SELL the movie/or rights , and get on with the tech BIZ.
Concentrate on providing the "last mile" solution.
