All I can say is it feels like something's missing. AWS has its ducks in double time. From what I read, there are 4 installations with purchased hw ready to roll. Clients of AWS should be clamoring for reasons why installation is not commencing - they should be lobbying OPA. Again, from what I can deduce, AWS has its trucks idling. It is very hard for me to believe that OPA is delaying the ramping up of the very technology they asked for. It feels like there is someone in the middle who is causing all the stagnation, that the quicker OPA gets a couple of installations going, the quicker it will silence its critics and make the FIT program a non-issue in the upcoming elections.
