the most simple way to answer the r/s question is to ask folks who have been here for awhile how many of these pink sheet/otc r/s have materialized in favor of the current shareholders and how many have resulted in a shareholder bath. And I would take a 2nd look with the # of shares this company has and the mindset of the decision maker to ever do a r/s and say why would they do a small one 1/10 with 2.4bil in the float?

Zoom, U R right. Mike did state in no uncertain terms that there will be no R/S. As I recall he stated that it may be possible way down the road after LLEG is firmly embraced by the market but only if the benefits to shareholders warranted such a move. I do believe that he also understands that a R/S is always seen as a negative unless there is compelling news tying to it making it a strategic and beneficial move for the company and stockholders as well. I can't remember his exact language but he did make it clear it was not even in his thoughts as a possible event at any time in the "forseeable future".

My understanding as I took it at the time and hold this to be evident to this day is that there will be no consideration of a R/S at any point in the forseeable future.

Now when LLEG is paying divi's and the pps is way up a R/S may work without detriment to the shareholder and it may be possible at that time, but we are still a ways off from that. Mike, as well as any seasoned investor knows that a pink or BB stock is damaged heavily with any R/S, regardless how small, even a 2-1, so Mike will keep his word I am sure.

If I thought that there were even a 1% chance of a R/S, trust me, I would have reduced my holdings by 90%, as would most shareholders and we would likely still be in the trip zero's.

Nothing to worry about on this thought that people have raised about once or twice a month for years. LLEG is strong enough with enough on its plate to continue nice steady growth for the forseeable future without having to resort to something like that.

I predict another up day Thur & Fri with a close @0050 on Friday.
