There is no theory they are just day traders and shorts trying to take their quick profits. They likely haven't done an ounce of DD into this company and do not know what they own, they saw green and sold at EOD. They aren't long term traders, if your looking long(months) than SAEI is a good hold. This will move UPWARD IMO.

I dont think there was alot of shorting today, I think it was people who got in between .14 and .25 in the last few days taking profits, and flippers working it most of the day for a few pennys here and there. I would imagine any real short intrest has most likely covered in the last few weeks. all my opinion, not for sure
