In the past few weeks posting on this board has brought up allegations about the Transfer Agent for Eternal Image, the SEC counsel for the company, and NAR and Emerald.

Now while these are all entities that are some way associated with Eternal Image none of these allegations have contained any reference to Eternal Image at all since the company was not involved in any of these cases.

Simple.

The company IMO put the final nail in the coffin by doing what they just did to shareholders.There arrogance will be there downfall.

All of the people and organizitions that have been mentioned non stop the last week have been with Eternal Image in one way or another for years now. Anyone that had done any DD prior to buying shares knew about NAR, Emerald and that Eternal Image had borrowed money from them. This is not some surprise that was sprung on the prospective shareholders.

Why is it that when people that bought stock and were very pro company when they first bought ETNL stock did not put the same importance on these issues at the time when they were doing their DD on the company?????

Some of you have stated that shares were bought months or years ago and it prompts me to ask if these allegations were part of the DD process at the time????? If someone knew about these issue before they ever bought their first share and went ahead and bought anyway then doesn't that kind of diminish the importance that is being placed on them now.
Why were none of these allegations brought up months ago by the very same people that are now claiming this is some sort of DD on the company. It is MY OPINION on this is that people were interested in the stock and not so much about fringe issues like this.

Isn't being interested in the STOCK the main reason to spend time talking to other shareholders on a STOCK MESSAGE BOARD?????

What I see and this is only MY PERSONAL OPINION is that these allegations are being used at this particular time by people that see a stock that will have a very low float after the proposed R/S of around 35 million shares for the next six months. I see these as a tool that is being used by some that are in the process of trying to lower the PPS to a range where there can be some major accumulation of shares in anticipation of what the PPS will be after the R/S and they can profit by owning a majority of that tradeable float.

Just remember that the only reason that people are usually posting on a STOCK BOARD is because they are there for the stock. The stock is what I am here for myself because there is nothing else I can control except for the entry and exit points on the shares that I own.
