I'm just not sure how short they really are. Lets just pretend Scottrade (or their clients), Sold 25 million of those shares Monday morning but realized their mistake and bought those 25 million back throughout the day. That would account for 50 of the 64 million traded on Monday and it wouldn't be nearly the short position we think.
