What brochure? I never saw a brochure issued by JBII stating they were going to earn .18 a share....can you show it to me?

Why would anyone care? I was not a recipient of such, therefor how could anyone be concerned. Further, having not read it in its entirety, how could anyone respond to such old, dragged in the dirt info shared with a few select friends and associates.

This was not published by JBI, Inc, so why is this subject still brought to the table here at such a late state...

how do you feel about a brochure that claimed 18 cents in earnings then?????? (among other things)....links to this were all over this board, I-box, sticky, etc.....

In case you didn't realize it, I was discussing the filings in the Kaplanis lawsuit, not some brochure. I don't "feel" anything about the brochure because, in all honesty, I have not read it.
