catdr...a form 4 is what insiders have to file with the SEC when they buy or sell shares of the company. In our case they are buys.

Form 5's are what insiders file at the end of year to show their activity from the year that is ending. Our 10K is due out at any time, this is the year end report for the company. The insiders file the form 5's simply to show their current positions in the stock.

It is kind of redundant but the SEC requires the forms. All good companies stay up to date with the forms the SEC requires and MSEP has shown they are definitely a FULLY reporting company.
