more shares traded than are outstanding over a 7-8 day period.
If you looked from a different direction someone paid a maximum of .038 for an awful lot of stock.
If you check the website there is now a management team. Not just Mr. Lincoln Park running the company. So............it all comes down to an order. If they get an order, and not just a couple of units. Because a good deal of stock is in new hands. They are in for a specific reason and not likely to jump ship quickly. Which means, if they get a substantial order. The rise in the stock should be meteoric.
