Diac is a bluffer and Dave is firm in his ideas about the cost of Diac's interference with the company. Because of this I don't see why either side would budge until the trial positions become clearer - possibly not even until during the trial. Certainly not until the depositions have been completed (no, I don't know if they have been completed).

Unless T-Mobile forces the two sides to the table, I would not expect any movement on the state court until next year.

just think, had drago let turrini pick an attorney on contingency w/ out any kickbacks to drago's conies back when carlos first exited the picture we'd have already done both markman and a full tmobile trial and settling w/ tmobile right about now so that they didn't need to get another black eye. Drago would have made out ok, but no, he had to screw the company out of just about everything, now he gets much less, the jury will see it that way

drago, might never learn, that will be painfull for all in the short run but especially for him.

Im' digging in and voting for drago's being of an IQ of about 85, he's clearly proven it to me, i don't see the lepoard changing his spots, the patent grab may be over but it just might be a long walk to the electric chair
