Well now we'll soon see just WHAT he was fired for...it wasn't on a whim....he was fired for cause and that cause will stand up and that case will dismissed. If not he'll lose in court....just like his claim he never got his stock...he did and he sold it....read the form 4

Again, what is your point? Mr. Bordynuik signed an employment agreement on behalf of JBI, Inc., in his capacity as President and Chief Executive Officer. Shouldn't that be expected?
