deeba, I agree wholeheartedly. Not only would the accumulation be difficult, it might be insurmountable since much of the float is held tightly by mossies and other s/h's who've been awaiting the upcoming announcements and events for a very long time. Shares would most unlikely be sold at such a time when, reputably in short order, the attainment of significant timelines would propel the s/p upward rapidly (imo). Additionally, if any putative large purchaser of shares were to attempt this prior to the announcements, they would have ~ 40 days (roughly 6 weeks to near the end of December) from now to purchase approximately 250K shares/day (= 10 Mln shares) with resultant sharp escalation of s/p.
All of this does not augur well for any individual or company to launch such a questionable venture and still maintain anything remotely close to the current s/p. All IMO.
