Now take an attorney with some prior dealings with the SEC ( good or bad ) and these guys are going to look UP to this person for legal guidence.

So, needless to say, a lot of it is from ignorance and naïveté and guess who can really drive this company, a lawyer using Clint and Nick as willing puppets.

I wonder if EI's Lawyer has learned a lesson. Basser, maybe he was advising EI on those Form 4's, they file late.. Who knows.
