I don't hear any mention of dividend rates extensions when people talk about the proposed new tax cut extensions. Are they included?

BYLO,,,couldn't agree with you more. While some are now taking tax loss here, they will reload after year end, IMO.

Also, with the price where it is, they oughtta accelerate that share buy-back.
