regardless imo *transparency* will include fins
and i'd expect if even half of what *i* anticipate
comes to pass .. fy 2010 will be audited and *known*
by end of march 2011

Don't worry about those financials. I took the time to contact the company and personally spoke to JD and he assured me those financials would be out SOON!
