I feel your pain kingfisher. I've always prided myself on dd. However, I got scammed this time - didn't see it coming. I've been investing in startups since the early 80's - and made alot of money. two factors have led to several losing plays over the yrs. #1: blieving in "the fundamentals" #2: "It's about the numbers".

Both wrong assumptions. It's about management and individuals!
