Where did u find the share structure?
I tried to send and e-mail to the TA
and the answer was this one:

here's a concern.. google searches find NOTHING regarding DMD lighting prior to HSCO's PR about buying them.. now look at the FL Corp filing for DMD (below) and it shows they were created just days before HSCO announced buying them.. now if you look at filing link at the bottom of the FL Corp filing statement you'll see DMD has 7 billion shares, yet they're not a public company.. can HSCO merge using DMD's share structure?
