DOES THIS MEAN THEY ISSUED 12,207,494 SHARES TO PAY FOR INTEREST VALUED AT $3,585,152. INTEREST ON WHAT?

12,207,494 shares...for interest valued at $3,585,152 works out to over 29 cents a share, while all the others were under a penny...but you obviously knew that.

Looks like somebody really "screwed the pooch" on that one!
